How to carry out quality management in the whole construction process of composite geomembrane engineering?
1. Earthwork backfill excavation operation (1) it is stipulated that the composite geomembrane construction enterprise shall strictly carry out excavation according to the cross section of the design scheme, and the provisions of the design scheme shall be considered for the over deep and under excavation. Before the earthwork backfill excavation, the obstacles on the ground and on the ground in the engineering construction area shall be removed and treated according to the provisions of the engineering construction scheme. (2) The precise positioning control line (pile), standard level pile and gray line specification of the site must pass the test and meet the standard; and the inspection procedures should be completed. (3) During the construction of composite geomembrane engineering at night, sufficient lighting and lighting equipment shall be provided; obvious signs shall be set in risk areas, and excavation sequence shall be arranged scientifically to avoid wrong excavation or ultra deep excavation. (4) When excavating the plant with soil temperature, some effective measures should be taken to reduce the soil temperature according to the geological structure materials of the project. Generally, it should be lowered to 0.5m below the excavation surface before excavation. (5) The construction machinery and equipment of composite geomembrane engineering, such as pavement, highway bridge and loading and unloading equipment, should be inspected in advance. If necessary, preparation work such as structural reinforcement or widening should be carried out. (6) Manual service shall be provided at the position where the mechanical equipment engineering construction cannot be carried out, the slope of the slope shall be renovated, and the bottom of the trench shall be removed.
2. The composite geomembrane base surface must be removed according to the design scheme. It is important to ensure the actual effect of the waterproof layer. It is very important to completely eliminate the dirt such as spines and tree poles. The base surface is not allowed to have partial convex concave condition. The cleaned base surface should be rolled according to the design scheme to make its compactness level.
3. Quality management of composite geomembrane laying: (1) check and confirm that the basic applicable layer has the standard of laying geomembrane. (2) The construction enterprise is required to do cutting analysis and draw the laying sequence and cutting diagram of geomembrane. (3) Check the appearance quality of composite geomembrane, record and repair the defects of mechanical equipment damage, manufacturing injury, hole, loss, etc. (4) Around each block chain, screen silt or other materials for connection layer and thickness of protective layer shall be prepared according to the specification, model and total number specified in the design scheme, and the transportation pavement shall be vacated in the middle of each block. (5) Carry out on-the-spot laying experiment to determine the main construction technical parameters such as welding temperature and speed. (6) When laying the film, it must be laid from left to right. The middle of the membrane and between the membrane and the base surface should be smooth and close, but it is not suitable to pull the membrane too tight, and generally it should be more loose. Since the geomembrane is easy to be blown away by wind before the protective layer thickness is laid, the total area of one-time film laying is not suitable to be large, and it is better to cover the protective layer thickness soil material while laying the film. (7) If the geomembrane is found to be punctured or torn, it is necessary to use a geomembrane adhesive three times the total damaged area to reduce the pressure. (8) The project supervision staff shall carry out site supervision on the whole process of geomembrane laying and welding.
